Crossfit Legacy Beginner/Foundations

The foundations class is exactly that....FOUNDATIONS!


In 4 sessions, you will learn the 9 fundamental moves of Crossfit and have a leg up on those who do not go through this class.

Imagine jumping into a group WOD and smoking some folks who have already been doing it for a few weeks!!!

The WOD(Workout of the Day) will be scaled to your ability and will emphasize the movements practiced during that particular session.


Training Schedule will look like this:

Day 1 Squat & Shoulder Press, Push Press

Day 2 Deadlift, Front Squat, and OHS

Day 3 Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Med Ball Clean, Push jerk

Day 4 Review more difficult movements and have a WOD that pulls from each basic movement

These classes are optional!!

They are not required, but highly recommended.
